Terms of use

1. Who may buy

A key is offered to a business that can sign a contract. The person who submits the form says they can bind that business. A personal inbox is outside the offer.

2. What the API does

POST /v1/route takes a CRM event and returns an owner, a priority, and a reply draft marked held. A person approves the draft before it is sent. The model can misread an event, omit a fact, or repeat a line. You review the response. Confianza does not replace your CRM and does not send email by itself.

3. Plans and the first 21 days

Key is $62 a month. Route is $172 a month. Fabric is a written quote. The first 21 days are not invoiced. Prices are in US dollars and can change on a later term if we tell you before renewal. A form on this site is a request for a conversation. It does not by itself issue a paid key or charge a card.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post events you have no right to process, do not use the API to break the law, and do not treat a held draft as if a person already approved it. Do not disrupt the endpoint or resell the raw responses as your own model.

5. Ending a plan

Stop the next invoice on the key page or by emailing hello@confianzahome.com before the renewal date. Access runs through the period already paid, unless we suspend it for a breach you do not fix or for activity that threatens the service.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the event content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process it so we can return the route. The API, the site, and the software stay with us or our licensors. Feedback can be used to improve the desk without payment.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Routes and drafts are provided as available. We do not warrant that an owner is correct, that the endpoint will be uninterrupted, or that a priority flag is a promise of revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a Confianza claim is limited to the fees you paid for the key in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost deals or indirect damages.

8. Law

Maryland law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Maryland are the venue, except that either side may seek a narrow injunction to stop misuse. If one clause fails, the others remain.
