Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026. This policy covers confianzahome.com, published by Cambrae Business Strategies, Inc.

1. Information you give us

A key request collects your name, work email, and company. The contact form also collects the CRM event you want routed first. An order form adds a phone number so the desk can confirm the key. Sign-in asks for a work email only, and that step stays in the browser. This site does not collect a password.

If you later post events, the payload can include account names and message text you choose to send. We use that payload to return an owner, a priority, and a held draft. We do not add an owner the event did not already carry.

2. Information collected automatically

The host may record an IP address, the user agent, and the path so the API site stays up. Those lines are for operations and abuse review. Analytics and advertising tags stay idle until the banner records a yes.

3. How we use information

We use form details to answer you and to talk about Key, Route, or Fabric. We use event payloads to compute the route you asked for. We do not sell event text, and we do not use your customers’ messages to train a model that other companies can call.

4. Sharing

FormSubmit carries the form to hello@confianzahome.com. A hosting provider stores the site and, if you take a key, the log of routes. We disclose information when the law requires it, or to a processor who acts on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

Essential storage under confianzahome_cookie_v1 remembers Accept all, Essential only, or Settings. Analytics and advertising stay off until you allow them. Read the cookie policy. If a Google tag is loaded, the same choice updates consent mode.

6. Maryland and other US requests

Confianza is published in Maryland. Email privacy@confianzahome.com to access, correct, or delete personal information from a form, or to appeal a refusal. We will not treat you worse for asking. California residents can use the same address for CCPA access, deletion, and correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information in the CCPA sense.

7. GDPR, where it applies

If you write from the EEA or UK, the form is handled as a step toward a contract, and security logs rest on legitimate interest. You may ask for access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. The address is privacy@confianzahome.com.

8. Retention

A form thread stays while the conversation is open and for a short archive after, then we delete it. Route logs in a paid key stay until you delete them or the key ends, plus the time invoices and disputes require. The cookie choice lives in your browser until you clear it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Transmission is not perfect. Do not put passwords or card numbers in these forms. The order form asks for a phone number. It does not take a card.

10. Children

Confianza is sold to businesses. We do not knowingly take information from anyone under 18. If a minor used a form, email privacy@confianzahome.com and we will delete that message.

11. International processing

We handle information in the United States. A form sent from another country is processed in the US.

12. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The new text is the one on the site after that date.
