Teams already keep a CRM. What they ask for is a first read of a new event: who should take it, how soon, and one sentence they might send. Confianza answers those three fields. The reply stays held until a person on the team approves it.
What this API is
It sits in front of the CRM you already run. POST /v1/route accepts an event and returns the route. The public site takes a request for a key, an API review, or a plan named Key, Route, or Fabric. What this API is not
It does not replace your CRM, and it does not send the reply. The publisher’s legal name is a business-strategies company. These pages do not sell strategy retainers, home services, or a second database of record. If the account has no owner, the field comes back unassigned.
How a key starts
A person who can bind the company asks for a key. The first 21 days are not invoiced. After that, Key is $62 a month and Route is $172 a month. Fabric is quoted from the event volume you name. The first paid charge can be reviewed for 8 business days under the refund policy.
